For this month’s service project we teamed up with the Pre-Med Club and the WSU environmental ambassadors for a “Zero Waste” initiative. Our objective was to encourage fans to recycle their plastic bottles at the weber state football game. By the end of the project we had collected 72 pounds worth of plastic bottles and cans, totalling around 3500 individual bottles - a new zero waste recyclables record! taken in Weber State University by @wasatchascent
