Days pass and as I grow older I realize more and more that nothing will last. When you try to get something, you have to sacrifice something.
You sacrifice your time, you sacrifice a thing you desire so you can get the one thing you really want. No one is coming to save you and you have to do it alone. I knew from an early age that adulting wasn't gonna be easy but now I have felt and am experiencing it. I know it's only gonna get worse from here and I'm starting to miss being a child but I'm also looking forward to what comes next, my dreams, My goal.

Alhamdulillah. Truly humbled and grateful to share that I have been awarded a Commendation in the Law category of the 2026 John Locke Institute Global Essay Prize.

Competing against over 100,000 contestants worldwide from 183 countries was a daunting challenge. To prepare for the law category, I dedicated myself to completing an entire American law course—"An Introduction to American Law"—diving deep into legal frameworks to build a rigorous, independent argument.

Though I was invited to the official awards gala and ceremony in London, I was unable to attend in person; nevertheless, seeing my work recognized on a global stage is an unforgettable milestone.

Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way, and to the John Locke Institute for this incredible academic experience. Hard work and genuine persistence truly pay off!
