189➡️158Lbs I’m down 31 pounds!!!! I worked my ass off to get here. Months of healthy dieting, working out 5-6 days a week, developing healthy habits and cutting drinking down to almost 0 ( auntie pops out once every 2 months now) but real shit EMS was draining my life force. Clocking in everyday at a private owned EMS company reliving the same loop and toggling between desensitization and wanting to change my community was fucking with my mind and nervous system.
