• @americanwatchmuseum Hamilton built a one-off prop watch for a movie. Cooper gives it to his daughter Murph before he leaves. She wears it for the rest of Interstellar.

Hamilton eventually turned that prop into a real watch. This is the smaller of the two versions: 38mm, white dial, black leather strap, the same cathedral hands and vintage-style numerals as the original prop.

One thing this one doesn’t have: the 42mm original’s Morse code seconds hand. That detail stayed exclusive to the bigger size.
