I’m incredibly proud of where I am in life. When things got rough before I would turn to wine, turn to misery, or bury myself buying things I didn’t need. Today, I spent the day catching up with a good friend for hours, made my son a healthy dinner, and then went out for an easy 5K run. by @watchlisatri
