A new team. A new chapter. The same passion. The same hunger.

Five months since I last coached a team in a tournament. Five months away from the intensity, pressure, emotions, and responsibility of leading players through competition.

The fire never faded. It only grew stronger.

After three months of hard work and challenges, the players are starting to embrace the demands, understanding the expectations, and beginning to see the purpose behind everything we do. The growth is visible, not just in their skills, but in their discipline, mentality, and commitment to each other.

Now, just days away from our first tournament together, it’s time to put that progress to the test.

We step onto the court with confidence, ambition, and a hunger to compete.

Winning matters. But our ambitions go beyond the scoreboard. It’s about embracing challenges, competing with purpose, and developing a mentality where we play to win, never to participate.

We’re not here to chase occasional victories. We’re here to set standards, build character, and develop players who embrace pressure, take responsibility, and compete with everything they have.

This weekend is just the beginning. Our first opportunity to show what we’ve been working towards and take another step towards the team we aspire to become.

The results will come. But the standards we set today will define who we become tomorrow.

I don’t chase results.
I build the culture that creates them.

was Eltern nicht hören wollen.

She’s finally tasted the sea, and it’s time for that beautiful patina to come off. It’s been long overdue, but parting ways with this kind of patina is tough 🤎Thanks to @ais_collective for the bronze pen products. 🤎🫶🏽

I had retired from coaching and never planned to return.

Then my son started playing football, and I found myself drawn back to the game I love so dearly.

But I would only return by doing it my way, and my way alone.

3,5 years and 37 trophies later,
it’s time to step away once again.

This time, it’s for a new challenge.

I leave with no regrets,
knowing I did it my way,
and once again,
I created another winning formula.

Believe in yourself.
Lead with confidence.
Set the standard.
Execute your ideas.

None of this would have been possible without the opportunity given to me by @fcschaffhausen , the unwavering trust of my players, and, most importantly, the incredible trust and support of the parents.

The trophies will gather dust.
The memories never will.
