Pat Mathis, former Vice President of WATC and longtime co-host of "Seniors Today," will be sharing memories of 30 years at WATC. WATC TV's 30th ANNIVERSARY MONTH

All throughout the month of April, WATC will be looking back at three decades of memories and ministry. Praise God for the opportunity to share the gospel through Christian television to Atlanta and beyond!

WATC's Founders Dr. James and Joanne Thompson (pictured on the set of "Atlanta Live") were pioneers in Christian television with the launch of WGGS TV in October 1972. The initial application for WATC started in 1984 and it was a twelve year journey that finally led to Channel 57 signing on in April 1996.

The Friends of Zion Ambassadors Summit brings together faith leaders, dignitaries, and advocates from across the globe for an unprecedented five-day experience across Israel. This landmark event combines meaningful site visits, high-level briefings, and collaborative dialogue focused on building a global network of allies committed to standing against hatred and supporting Israel's right to exist in peace and security.

Over 1,000 pastors and ministry leaders are gathered together for this historic event, including WATC President Greg West and Oak Park Church pastor and frequent host of Atlanta Live Pastor David Smith.

The first day included a visit to the Nova Festival site and Kibbutz Kfar Aza, two places impacted by the events of October 7th.
