The Gar Whisperer

Frames from a recent shoot chasing a true prehistoric river monster in the great state of Texas. The landscape in which you can find these fish is truly unique, but landing them is a whole different challenge. It’s a dirty job, they’ll draw blood, they’re one hell of a fight, and once you get the lasso around them, you better hold on tight.

I gained a whole new perspective & a lot of respect for those who practice conservation for this species.

Huge thanks to @thefishwhisperer1 for allowing me to step into his world for a day! Full video is on the way.. 🎬

Some of my favorite frames from a cast & blast shoot with @4barcoutdoors down in the South Texas heat. Fish in the morning. Dove in the evening. There’s truly no place like Texas 💪🏼

Teal season is officially underway in Texas & what better way to start it off than a 9man limit by 8am?

I had several people ask me recently what SFX I used for my recent video I posted so I wanted to give a breakdown on this. I recently partnered with @cine.sfx to implement their assets in all of my content moving forward. 💪🏼

Their selection of sounds is the cream of the crop and allows for a much more efficient work flow when looking for the right sounds to hit at the right moment in your videos. 💻

I highly recommend my creative friends purchase a pack, if not their whole collection, and give them a try! You won’t be disappointed ✅
