I am pondering this question a lot lately! I would love to know your thoughts on it 💛 I truly believe we can set the wheels into motion toward the path of our dreams more easily and effortlessly, if we give ourselves the time to be peaceful and carve out plenty of time for the things we love doing ✨ by @watermelon__wellness

Good news segment! Babies, adventure wagons and Scotland trips! Not always gym stuff sometimes it’s nice to hear everyones good news 🙌🏻 by @watermelon__wellness

Incredible how my client Emily has shifted that inner conversation. Knowing she’ll always feel better for showing up for herself 💚 so proud of you, Emily ✨ by @watermelon__wellness

Believe me, journaling can change the way you speak to and about yourself and actually help you finally show up for yourself in the way that you want and deserve 💘

All it takes is as little as 5-10 mins a day, to check in with yourself. Comment connect and tomorrow I’ll send you my 13 prompts to get to the bottom of what is keeping you stuck ✨ by @watermelon__wellness

Too busy to exercise? Maybe you’re expecting too much of yourself. The 5am power hour. The 6 day split you’re fave influencer is showcasing. The 237 of supplements you bought, hoping for some motivation to strike.

Most of the people I coach are hardworking, successful yet completely lost when it comes to their own health. They’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to stick long term.

What changes is a simple plan: a bit of strength, proper rest and someone in your corner who believes you can do it. One client went from skipping workouts for months, to lifting x3 a week in just 30 days.

You need the strength and you deserve the chill time too. Let’s stop being so hard on ourselves and start simplifying✨

If you’re finding the balance hard, comment TRICKY and I’ll message you. No pressure, I’d just love to hear where you’re at x by @watermelon__wellness
