We were so happy to get everyone together at Lawnhub today to celebrate Emma's birthday (a day early, but who's counting). Emma is one of a kind: as brilliant at her job as she is as a person. She might officially sit in our finance and admin team, but her role stretches well beyond that, and there's genuinely nothing she can't turn her hand to. As business owners and managers, we can often forget to celebrate our wins.

At @waterproau we have brass ship bells hanging in each store to ensure our wins are celebrated quite audibly.

Over the years, each team member's reason for ringing the bell can evolve from winning their first job that they've designed themselves, all the way up to landing a massive new client that they've been chasing for a year.
