Oh this journey…

From quiet prayers to bold steps under bright lights, every moment has shaped me into the woman I stand as today. My dinner dress performance wasn’t just a walk,
it was a reflection of resilience, grace, and every lesson I’ve carried along the way.

Running into my sashing felt like a full-circle moment… overwhelming, humbling, and deeply emotional. A reminder that every tear, every doubt, and every triumph had purpose.

My heart is full. Grateful for the growth, the experience, and the strength I’ve discovered within me.
I’m grateful for the love and unweaving support
This journey didn’t just change me
it revealed me… this is only the start of my story
And to all my Queen sisters congratulations, we’ve changed the trajectory of pageantry in Nigeria and that can never be taking away from us
❤️👑
To @faceofhopeofficial thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you for investing in making us all shine

My first runway. 🤍

A beautiful moment to show up, walk, and do what I love.
And for a moment, I got to be a bride. 👰🏽‍♀️✨

Thank you @yemishoyemi for this beautiful piece and for the opportunity to walk @thelagosbridalshow
And thank you @_queendammy for believing in me. 🤍

I walked into the moment with gratitude,
taking in every light, every step, every feeling.
Thank You God, for this beautiful beginning.

Some moments are simply meant to be cherished,
and this one will be held in my heart forever. 🤍

May I continue to find joy and magic in the woman I’m becoming ❤️ by @watife_

Stepping into my preliminary, I carried more than poise and preparation, I carried her.
My strength, my grace, the quiet fire within me… all reflections of the woman who first taught me how to dream, how to endure, how to rise.

Last night, I didn’t just walk for myself.
I walked as a continuation of her love, her lessons, her unfinished dreams living boldly through me.

Every step, every smile, every moment… was a whisper of “I am because she was.”

Swipe to the end to read the piece I wrote for those of us who have had to dream for two ❤️
