There have been a lot of times where I wanted to give up. In life or in training. I would also feel very lost at these times. Luckily i always kept pushing through, no matter how hard I fell.

In this video you can see me practicing my technique after getting my ass whooped during sparring. Instead of giving up, I always try to find ways i can improve. I feel like the willpower I cultivated throughout my practice as a martial artist has bled over into other areas of my life. Because no matter how bad things got, that has always been a constant in my life.

Nowadays i can say that I’m glad I never gave up, because otherwise I wouldn’t be able to look into the mirror and see my ideal self being sculpted bit by bit each day. by @watra_ingi
