@prime.baseball_ Catters Prime 13u HTX fresh off a recent 13u Majors NIT Championship🏆

As we continue to prepare these young men for what’s next, (high level highschool baseball in Houston) our goal this weekend was the push the competitive envelope!

Playing up in 14u Majors at 60 90 and duking it out against tough competition🔥 early on this weekend a great opportunity arose for us and @watsondowell delivered.

What’s most impressive about this swing from Watty, who could easily clear the RF wall on a clean barrel, was the maturity it showed. He does a great job here of understanding situation, and getting a job done.

With a runner on 3rd 1 out, we have a clear objective of seeing the ball up in the zone and doing damage into the outfield. If we connect perfect and find the middle of the ball we collect a line drive to win. Perfect. (shown here.) If we miss on this pitch, we typically see a deep fly ball which is the next best thing as it secures a sacrifice fly to also win.
