Just past the halfway mark - 11 shows down, 9 to go!

Our bodies are feeling it, the days are long and the workload is more than we’ve ever done performing on stage.

Stocked up on Hydralyte, Ibuprofen and Tiger Balm today, mainly for my elbow (almost had my arm broken from an armbar at BJJ two weeks ago!)

Feeling solid on day 3 thankfully, and expecting some bad weather tomorrow so will take it as it comes.

🥋 One of the benefits of being a Red Shield Defender at @graciebarra_bh is having access to incredible professionals who help our young athletes develop safely and stay injury-free.

Thank you to Dr Luke from @thegoodjointco for visiting and checking that our kids are on the right track with their development. 💪🥋 @watts.bryce

🤠 Still ironing out a few kinks in our new whip cracking show show!

Two weeks out from a big contract and feeling great with how the show has shaped up.

Final two weeks prep will be pumping out rehearsals, full dress rehearsal, finishing touches on each section and contingency plans for certain scenarios.

And yes we shamelessly appropriated this trick from @winrichadam performance on AGT. Check him out as he’s a world champion and world record holder.
