The Art of Perspective: WAVID on the True Cost of Freedom, and the Enduring Legacy of High Highs & Low Lows.

Since unveiling his WAVID identity and dropping the deeply conceptual mixtape, High Highs & Low Lows, the artist has offered a masterclass in creative resilience. In this exclusive conversation, we look back at the project—a work defined by its refusal to compromise.

WAVID discusses why he deliberately abandoned the pressure to achieve commercial success: “Commercial success sounds nice, but not at the cost of the freedom to create.” This is the definitive blueprint for the modern independent creative who values integrity over tactics.

Read the full interview on Viper Magazine to understand the philosophy behind the music that continues to resonate.
