It’s hard to put into words what this event means to me.

It was an absolute honour to take part in the Kick for Sudan charity match once again. To be invited back for the third year in a row is something I genuinely don’t take for granted, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to make this event possible.

Every year, this match is about so much more than football. It’s about bringing people together, raising awareness, and standing in solidarity with the people of Sudan. Seeing our community unite with one purpose is something that never gets old.

Huge credit to the organisers, volunteers, players, and every single person who came out to support. Whether you played, donated, cheered from the sidelines, or simply helped spread the message, you all played a part.

Moments like these remind us of the strength of our community and the impact we can have when we come together for something bigger than ourselves.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of it once again. Here’s to continuing the work, supporting one another, and never forgetting why we do this. Thankyou to @amzixino and @sudavision_events for hosting this great event!! Shoutout to @capturedbysarora for the photos too!!

For Sudan. Always. 🇸🇩❤️ by @waviesstt

Back in November, I was forced to pull out of a fight due to a spinal injury that doctors warned could mean I might never safely compete again. Since then, I’ve spent months rebuilding myself, losing 25kg, working through rehab, and earning my way back into the ring. No matter the result, that alone is a victory I’ll always be proud of.

Unfortunately, I came up short in my ISKA championship fight. I was meant to be competing under Muay Thai rules but due to a bit of disorganisation ended up fighting under K-1 rules against an opponent with far more K-1 experience and around a 20kg weight advantage. That’s not an excuse, it’s simply the reality of the challenge I accepted. I stepped up, took the fight, and gave everything I had. This one was deeper than just a fight. It was me challenging a mental side of me and entering depths I didn’t know I could reach.

I had the chance to become the first Sudanese athlete to win an ISKA title. It wasn’t my night, but I’m still proud to be the first Sudanese athlete to compete for one. This loss doesn’t define me, it’s just another chapter in the journey. Thank you to everyone who supported me, believed in me, and stood by me throughout this camp. I’ll learn from this, come back stronger, and next time, I’ll make history. 🇸🇩🥊 Thankyou my brother @y_.kks and @m05bchamp for cornering and coaching me through this. I’ll be back better❤️

Had an opponent switch so I had to change gameplan, opponent was 20+kg heavier, more than 20 years experience difference, fought k1 instead of Muaythai not my sport and still performed, won the 2nd round and nearly turned the fight around. Came out standing in a predicament where most would’ve perished. Don’t ever think for a second I’m defeated, you need a shotgun to put me down💪🏾 by @waviesstt

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of hosting the quiz segment at the @ldnsudaneseprofessionals networking event. It was great to be in a room filled with people from such a wide range of backgrounds and career paths, all coming together to connect, share experiences and build new relationships. The quiz brought plenty of laughs, friendly competition and debate, but what stood out most was the sense of community in the room. I met some incredible people, made valuable connections and was reminded how important spaces like these are in bringing the Sudanese diaspora together, celebrating our culture and creating opportunities for one another. Huge thanks to the organisers for having me. by @waviesstt

If you’re angry I called it a fight then you’re very silly. I’m leaving this here since there’s many comments and people arguing amongst themselves about my previous interclub vlog… let’s be positive people and enjoy content without being toxic by pulling each other down for no reason, understand that the world doesn’t just revolve around Muaythai and my content serves more than just the community. #muaythai #fighter #combatsports #kickboxing #interclub by @waviesstt

Manipulating leg movements, mobility and weight transfer to setup big damaging shots like knees is a very important part of all combat sports, landing one devastating unexpected shot while the body mechanisms align can change the dynamic of the fight, this is an example by me in today’s bout

- In this sequence I started with a double jab to setup my lowkick

- After me anticipates it and checks it I fake a lowkick into a stopover left knee

- As his weight is moving back I push him with a big teep

- I use the same leg I deeped with to fake it and cause a reaction out of him

- I use this moment of a fake teep to jump over into a bit right knee

I’m honestly still trying to process this… 20,000 followers.

It might not seem like a huge number to some, especially in a world where people blow up overnight, but to me this is personal. I’ve always said to my friends (and they’ll vouch for this) that if I ever hit 20K, that’s when I’d finally accept that this “influencer” thing is real. And here we are.

I genuinely can’t believe it.

I want to say thank you. Not just for the likes, shares, and reposts, but for the support, especially during times where I wasn’t fully myself. There were moments where my head wasn’t in the right place, and the love I received played a big part in helping me push through and find my way again.

A lot of that came from a shift in mindset, and that’s a big reason why I do what I do now. I want to show people that no matter where you’re at, you can turn things around. You can build something. You can become something.

And to think there are 20,000 people who take time out of their day to watch my content, engage with it, and support me… that’s not something I take lightly at all. That means everything to me.

I appreciate every single one of you, and I’ll never take that for granted 🤍 by @waviesstt

This has truly been one of the most unforgettable days of my life. Never in my dreams did I imagine that I would one day stand as a presenter, let alone for a show of this magnitude and beauty. It still feel surreal to witness something I once thought impossible.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who showed up, bought tickets, shared posts, liked, supported, and believed. Your presence and encouragement means more than words can express.

This moment is not just a personal achievement, it’s also a collective achievement. This represents the power of the Sudanese community, our resilience, and our ability to showcase the depth, brilliance, and diversity of our talents. To be part of that story is something I’m very proud of, and can’t wait to see what the future holds... Thankyou to @mo.elsandel / @thekushcollective_ for hosting this… and also thankyou to my cohost who made the night easy to get through and always an honour to work with, my brother @kappogramm looking forward to presenting more with you in the future❤️ by @waviesstt
