Salaam Riyadh 🇸🇦 & goodbye London 🇬🇧

While I’ll still be travelling back and forth to London with @wawcreativearts, ongoing projects, and plenty keeping me connected there, Riyadh is now home with my life partner @ttcognoscente Alhamdulillah 🏡

I’m excited to build a new community, create meaningful connections, and discover everything this dynamic city has to offer.

This feels like a true full-circle moment for me. I was born and raised in Jeddah until the age of 10, before moving to London. Now, years later, life has brought me back to Saudi Arabia, this time to its vibrant capital.

From Jeddah ➝ London ➝ Riyadh. 💫

A new chapter begins, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

If you’re in Riyadh or anywhere in the region, send me a message, I’d love to connect. ❤️

Islam teaches us unity, and @mayorofldn Eid on the Square brings that unity to life. ❤️

20 years ago, I was standing in the crowd. Yesterday, I was standing on the stage as one of the hosts alongside @j.ghaz 🥹 Alhamdulillah.

This year, we are proud to welcome our international Swedish artist with Yemeni roots @amenamusicc

AmenA started singing as a young girl and when she fled Yemen, in the wake of war, music was the only thing that she could take with her to Sweden.
Her voice is magical so come be mesmerised by her unique singing at the heart of London.

For the second year running, our founders @iamnusaiba and @ttcognoscente return as the Creative Programme Partners for the Mayor of London’s Eid on the Square.

For Nusaiba and Talha, this role is about far more than programming an event, it’s about creating a platform & championing exceptional British and international Muslim talent, while celebrating the richness of the cultures, communities, and artistic traditions that shape our vibrant city and connect Muslims across the world.

They have worked tirelessly to help shape Eid on the Square into a celebration that reflects the beauty, diversity, and unity of London and its Muslim communities.

This year’s main stage programme brings together an extraordinary line-up of artists representing Arab, North African, Caribbean, Asian, European, Turkish, and English communities through music, dance, rap, orchestra, qawwali, storytelling and interactive performance.

Join us in the heart of London #trafalgarsquare to celebrate and cheer on our people, from our communities, in our fabulous city ❤️
