When the toasts are heartfelt and the dance floor never empties that's a wedding to remember. Congrats, Alex & Megan!

Through Sprouts Chef Training, chef trainee Shanti found an open-arms team @wayfaretavern, a dedicated mentor (@thejellybakes) who gave her room to grow, and a challenge in piping that eventually became one of her strongest skills!

Shanti graduates our summer 2026 cohort with a new culinary skillset, real confidence, and a bigger appetite for a career in food!

Kitchens heal. Jobs change lives. It takes a village.

Days like this, a little chilly outside, are exactly why we built Focal. To bring the same warmth you feel inside a restaurant out onto the patio too. Outdoor seating just went from last resort to most wanted.

@wayfaretavern is one of those places San Francisco holds close. Chef Tyler Florence’s flagship has called the city home for over 15 years, known for classic American cooking, an exceptional wine program, and a space that honors the city’s history without living in the past.

Focal already had a home on their patio. So when the Wayfare team decided to grow their outdoor seating from 24 to 40 seats, the choice for how to keep every new seat warm was obvious. A 67% increase in outdoor capacity means more guests, more evenings, more moments worth staying for. That kind of trust and love for Focal doesn’t go unnoticed. 🔥 taken in San Francisco, California by @wayfaretavern
