💚💛 Wayne State PA Faculty in Austin! 🤠

Last week, faculty from the Wayne State University Physician Assistant Studies Program traveled to Austin, Texas, for the 2026 Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) Education Forum!

The conference provided an opportunity to connect with fellow PA educators from across the country, exchange ideas, explore innovative approaches to PA education, and celebrate the scholarship and contributions of our own faculty.

👏 We were especially proud to see Wayne State represented through research presentations exploring early indicators of PANCE performance by Profs Lolar, Grange, Mercatante, and Pilat (not pictured) and factors associated with academic rank among PA faculty by Prof Lolar.

Beyond the presentations and educational sessions, the week was filled with meaningful conversations, collaboration, and a little time to enjoy Austin together!

We are grateful for opportunities like these to continue growing as educators, strengthening our program, and bringing fresh perspectives back to our students.

💚💛 Proud to be Warriors!
