Over the last year, I’ve had the honor to know and love Aviv! Now I am not the only one who loves Aviv; she surrounds herself with life from all over the world. I am so lucky to feel that love as well, from places abroad to her three other roommates who let a stranger move into their home.

I would say, on average, I feel confident about most things; loving someone, however, can always be a gamble. I am, however, confident in what we have. Aviv makes me work harder, helps me learn every day, and makes me less of an asshole.

I hope that everyone can feel and understand this love someday. It has changed my life, and it will continue to forever. Aviv, you know I love you, and I can’t wait for our future to grow together. by @wbpitcher

Over the last four years, I’ve had the distinct pleasure of getting to know Kelsie; from her first year to her graduation, I’ve watched her go from being a little kid to becoming a beautiful young woman.

Kelsie was nicknamed “Freshie,” which has stuck for many years and probably will for as long as I know her. Truthfully, Kelsie is the closest thing I have to a little sister; in many ways, I see her as family. Kelsie has seen me through my best, worst, and rock bottom. However, she’s never once left my side. Even if I don’t text her for weeks, I can call her, and she’ll pick up. Kelsie has seen her struggles, some harder than others, some a tad bit funny. However, no matter what, she got through it. She is resilient, brave, and so much more intelligent than me.

I couldn’t be more proud of her today as she finally leaves our hellish high school. I told myself to keep this short, but I’ve never been good with that. I just wanted to share that the person I am so proud to call family is moving on to her next chapter in life, and she deserves to be celebrated. Here’s to you, freshie, don’t blow up Rome when you’re there! by @wbpitcher
