September is Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month, and this one means a lot to us at the G-Lou Foundation. 💙

Mental health is something we should be talking about all year long, not just during September. Sometimes you never really know what someone is going through behind the scenes, which is why checking in can mean so much.

Send the text. Make the phone call. Ask how someone is really doing. Sit with them. Listen. You don’t always need to have the right words or know exactly what to say, just being there can make a difference.

And if you are the one struggling, please know that you don’t have to go through it alone. There are people who care, people who will listen, and people who want you here.

Life is better with you in it. 💙

Let’s look out for each other, not just this month, but every month. ⚾️💙

Tremendous effort by Rustin this season. Unfortunately, it came to an end with a loss in the state semifinals. #RollKnights by @wcr_baseball

Huge day for @ryanwood42_
Went 2-3 with a huge base hit to open up the scoring in the middle innings. Also kept runners in check defensively #NoFlyZone🚫✈️ by @wcr_baseball
