My family and close friends know football and I didnt get along for a long time. It symbolized such negative emotions and hard times from my past.

The start of this college football season has a different feel. The flashbacks/memories don't sting anymore. Instead football games create bonding moments with my son or inspiration for mascot skits. Even just plain enjoying the games.

The healing process is real. Prayer is powerful. Family is the best support system. Time is important. 🙏♥️ by @wdancingheart
