“The Gardens Above” at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore 🌺🇸🇬Akhirnya bisa lihat langsung karya ini dipajang di Gardens by the Bay. Jujur masih ga nyangka sih bisa lihat karya aku di negara orang lain 🥹🩵Gak sabar nanti kasih lihat reaksi aku full, sekaligus karya-karya anak bangsa lainnya yang ikut pameran ini. Sejauh ini, jumlah pengunjungnya udah melebihi target awal. Bayangin aja kurang dari 10 hari, pameran Orchid Extravaganza di @gardensbythebay udah dikunjungin lebih dari 100.000 orang?! WHATTKalau lagi ke Singapura, mampir yaa lihat instalasi yang dibawa @we.are.masa dari Indonesia ini. Rafflesia Reborn. A masterpiece made of plastic waste. Terinspirasi oleh Rafflesia arnoldii, bunga raksasa ikonik Indonesia. Meskipun Rafflesia sering dikenal karena aromanya yang khas, bunga ini juga merupakan pengingat yang luar biasa bahwa alam dapat menciptakan keindahan yang luar biasa dengan cara yang paling tak terduga.Instalasi ini melanjutkan kisah tersebut dengan memberikan kehidupan baru kepada 29.100 tutup botol plastik daur ulang, membuktikan bahwa bahkan material yang dibuang pun dapat mekar kembali.Dibuat melalui kolaborasi saya dan @mortier.id , instalasi ini mengeksplorasi gagasan bahwa limbah bukanlah akhir dari sebuah cerita.Saat Rafflesia Reborn mekar di Singapura, ia mengingatkan kita bahwa tantangan lingkungan tidak mengenal batas, dan begitu pula tanggung jawab kita untuk menyelesaikannya by @we.are.masa
