What does HR Tech actually do?🤔

If your first thought is “Workday” - you’re not completely wrong. But at Welltech HR Tech is much more than keeping systems running.

Maria & Mati help connect our People systems, automate processes, improve data and find smarter ways to work by:
▪️Connecting the dots
▪️Automating the routine
▪️Making data work better
▪️And exploring what’s next

So yes, HR Tech is about technology, but ultimately - it’s about making work better for people💙

What happens when AI changes not just how fast we can build, but how product teams think, experiment and make decisions? 👀

That was one of the questions explored at the Product x Design CoLab in London, where Cath Everett, our Senior Director of Product & Content, joined leaders from across the industry.

From the evolving role of AI to the way we think about productivity, experimentation and decision-making, the conversation raised some important questions about what happens when execution gets faster and more accessible. Cath brought back 3 insights worth thinking about — swipe through to explore them 👉

✅ Key takeaway: AI is changing how we work — and raising the bar for how we think.

But who are the people behind the screens? Swipe through to meet the duo behind it all and see what helps them thrive in HR Tech 👉

Now the bigger question: what do they actually make happen? Stay tuned 👀

What do you remember from your first days at Welltech? 👀

There are probably a lot of stories, lessons, challenges and plenty of laughs in between. But if there’s one thing that makes the journey truly memorable - it’s the people you share it with 💙

For their 6-year anniversaries, we asked Inna and Alex to look back on their Welltech journey: the moments they remember, the people who made an impact and what they appreciate most about being here.

Swipe through their answers and maybe they’ll bring back a few memories of your own 🙌

Wishing you many more moments that make you think “I’m so glad I’m here.” Cheers to the journey ahead!

What does a product organisation need to look like to keep creating value, not just today, but five years from now? 👀

As the pace of change accelerates, AI reshapes how we work, experimentation becomes part of the everyday and teams and roles continue to evolve, the way we build product organisations needs to evolve too.

On September 23, Cath Everett, our Senior Director of Product & Content at Welltech, will join the Product x Design CoLab in London to explore what the product organisation of the future could look like.

Together with leaders from across the industry, they’ll unpack some big questions:
▪️ Is the traditional product triad evolving?
▪️ Which roles are changing fastest — and what’s driving that change?
▪️ How are AI and experimentation changing the way product teams operate?
▪️ How do you build and scale teams that are ready for what’s next?

We love seeing welltechers take their experience beyond our walls, exchange ideas with the wider community and contribute to conversations shaping the future of product💙

One referral. One new welltecher💙

This summer Valeriia Sirenko, Senior Creative Producer, referred Anastasiia Kliakhina for our Motion Designer role - and today, they’re welltechers on the same journey.

Almost 4 months in, we asked Nastia what it’s actually like on the inside:

“Welltech is all about constant movement. There are lots of experiments, new tools, ideas and tests. You can come up with something today, launch it tomorrow, see how it performs and immediately start thinking about how to make it even better. And I really enjoy that pace.”

That’s the thing about working in a fast-moving environment: ideas don’t have to wait for the perfect moment. You try, learn from the result and keep moving. If that sounds like your kind of vibe - we might have something for you.

We’re looking for one more person to join our Marketing team:

And if it sounds like someone you know… send them this post😉

You joined a creative bootcamp… and ended up joining Welltech 👀

That’s exactly what happened to these five brilliant talent. They took part in our Summer Creative Bootcamp, got hands-on experience, tackled real creative challenges and showed us what they could do.

And now? They’re officially welltechers💙

But this is exactly what we hoped the Bootcamp could lead to. For us it was about more than just 5 weeks of learning. It was about creating opportunities, sharing experience and helping talented people take their next step.

We believe that investing in the next generation of talent is one of the ways we can contribute to the future of Ukraine’s creative ecosystem💙💛 And seeing Bootcamp participants become our new teammates is definitely one of the outcomes we’re most excited about.

We’re so happy to welcome them and see their ideas, creativity and fresh perspectives become part of our everyday work!

Supporting Ukraine is more important than ever. As the country continues to face challenging times, we’re committed to doing what we can - turning our resources and people’s willingness to help into meaningful, long-term support.

💙 For those who protect: Welltech is donating $10,000 to a programme supporting personnel of the Unmanned Systems Forces and their families with rest and recovery stays in Western Ukraine.

💛 For those who need a little more care: last week, 12 welltechers spent a day at “Nadiya” Children’s Home in Mokrets, Kyiv region, together with the 16 children who live there - playing, creating, talking and sharing a picnic.

But our support goes beyond one day. Together Welltech and welltechers have contributed $11,500 to support the children and the home - $10,000 in company funding and around $1,500 donated by welltechers who chose to give the equivalent of their birthday gifts.

So far this support has covered medicines, treats, stationery and sports equipment, and a power station to help keep the home running during power outages. And there’s more to come: a project to renovate the children’s and sports playgrounds is currently in development.

A huge thank you to everyone who made these initiatives possible - to everyone who donated, volunteered, gave their time or helped behind the scenes. Your care is what turns good intentions into something real!

We move forward even when no one knows exactly what comes next🇺🇦

This Independence Day, we’re looking beyond wishes for Ukraine and toward the future we want to help build.

Together with Happy Monday, Welltech joined the special editorial project “Independence 2030: How Companies Envision the Future of Ukraine”.

For Oleksandra Kryshtal, Head of Growth, WalkFit at Welltech, Ukraine’s strength lies in its ability to turn uncertainty into action: to test, learn, adapt, and scale.

It’s a mindset we’re already putting into practice at Welltech:
▪️ Scaling wellness products to millions of users worldwide
▪️ Bringing together product, data, AI, and performance marketing
▪️ Investing in young talent through educational programs and bootcamps

Because the future isn’t something we simply wait for. We build it💙💛

Little pieces of our hearts go to Ukraine today💙💛

This Independence Day we asked welltechers from around the world to share their wish for Ukraine. What followed was a collection of beautiful, heartfelt wishes - peace, freedom, for loved ones to be together, for a future full of possibilities.

Different people, different countries, different words - but so much warmth behind them. And when we brought all those voices together it felt like one big hug from our diverse community🌎

We’re proud to be a global company with Ukrainian roots and even prouder to have a team that can come together for the moments that matter. Happy 35th Independence Day, Ukraine!🇺🇦
