Chicken Souvlaki 🐔🔥

So by now you should know about our camper van cookout at @north_outdoor_living_and_bbq on the 18th this month we are showcasing all of the things portable that you can chuck in the van and get cooking with on your road trips ..

This was chicken Souvlaki cooked on the @we_are_blok grill seasoned and sauced with @fireflybbq nice and simple but always a 10/10 hit if done right ..

So when it came to having a cage made for @we_r_daps there was only ever going to be one choice, the same people who made my offset @offsetlogco .
After having got to know Jack and Jon over the last couple of years buying wood from them and using the offset they built for me it was an easy decision to make. I took delivery of this beautiful piece of equipment Saturday afternoon and was up and cooking on it Sunday morning, by the time the seasoning process was complete I felt like I’d been cooking on it for years. Everything is so logical and intuitive and the size and space give such a range of heat zones that possibilities of what you can cook on it are endless. If you’re in the market for a cage and quality is important to you then this is as good as it gets. If you book @we_r_daps for any live fire events this will be front and centre of our set up
