journal prompts for this new moon in capricorn— the first new moon of the year 🌚✨💭

i had different ideas of prompts but tonight in yoga class—while in a testing and challenging position—my teacher started a sentence with “as we’re reaching for our best selves” and challenged us with “what do we want to become? and are we being that?” and i felt that deep capricorn energy.

as much as ive tried (and would like) to do these prompts in advance, sometimes (rather often) i need to be in the depth of the moons energy to get clarity on prompts that feel supportive and aligned with what insight she’s offering us.

this moon is especially potent for setting foundations that feel grounded, sustainable, AND exciting (long game energy) 🗝️🗝️🗝️
