This month we celebrate two years (in a row) of growing this community online, particularly to reach those of you, for whatever reason don’t attend a local church regularly. I’m blown away by the generosity of those of you who have supported us at the #WeAllNeedSomeHelp Foundation 🫵🏾🤎🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 However, the work is far from over! By now, many of you know that Panama 🇵🇦 was hit by a massive earthquake last Friday! Since then there have been more than 200 after shocks that have reverberated through the entire country! Although Panama City (where we live) was not at the epicenter, which was approximately 300 km away from us. Plenty of our Panamanian neighbors are struggling right now and we want to be as much of a blessing as we possibly can. For us, this is not just another disaster in the news. This is HOME. These are our neighbors, our friends, and our communities. For the past two years, We All Need Some Help Foundation has been boots on the ground here in Panama, building relationships, serving communities, and providing practical assistance to those in need. Now, we are asking YOU to help us respond to this crisis! Through our SERVE Campaign, we are mobilizing support to help provide essential needs, emergency supplies, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families affected by this disaster. ❤️ OUR OCTOBER COMMITMENT: 100% of all donations received through our SERVE Campaign during the month of October will be dedicated to supporting victims of the Panama earthquake. Watching the faces of people navigating a 7.6 earthquake was really surreal! To be honest it was scary, mainly because of the helplessness that I saw on some people’s faces. I’m so grateful for a place that we can go and worship with other believers, where we can experience the presence of God and hear a word that encourages you to to draw closer to our Father in prayer. I thank God that HE is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and that my trust and my confidence is in Him!
