“We don’t create core memories online!” Milly Bannister, our Ambassador for 2026 shares how social media can be a great tool for getting offline and connecting with your values and community in-person. Milly’s organisation @weareallknd + Cause Club is a great example of how social media can be used to bring people together in-person over a common cause. 🌟

We need a mental healthcare system that makes it easier to get help early, not one that leaves people waiting until they’re in crisis or able to afford support.

Newly released NSW Health documents reveal a $787 million annual funding gap in public mental health services & community support.

And 29% of people with severe mental health challenges aren’t getting the care they need, according to the state’s analysis.

Telling people to reach out for help means very little if that help is out of reach.

We recently read an article in The Conversation about how hobbies are increasingly becoming side hustles. 🎨

And with the cost of living, it’s not hard to see why. But apparently having things we do purely for enjoyment is actually really important for our mental health + wellbeing.

When time & money are tight, making room for those things isn’t always easy. But experts say even a little time spent doing something we love can make a big difference!!

ALLKND’s 2027 strategy session = complete! ✅

@millyrosebannister + @emilybux unintentionally dressed for the occasion in matching outfits. Great minds think alike (and evidently dress alike too). 🤝

We’ve got BIG plans for 2027 and so many exciting things in the works!!! Feeling very lucky to be working on things we’re so passionate about. We can’t wait to share more of what’s coming. 🥹

We’re also feeling extra grateful for this lovely little community and everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. Thanks for being here + making it all possible. 💛
