A brand built on trust. Designed with intention. We had the pleasure of developing a complete brand identity for Atlas Central Properties, a real estate and property management company founded by Tamara Ratliff in Atlanta, Ga. Our goal was to create a visual identity that reflects the company’s commitment to trust, professionalism, and exceptional care while establishing a sophisticated yet approachable presence in the real estate industry. From the primary logo and custom monogram brand marks to carefully selected typography and a rich, timeless color palette, every element was thoughtfully designed to create a cohesive and recognizable brand. Beyond the logo, we brought the identity to life through a collection of elevated brand assets and realistic mockups, including business cards, signage, branded merchandise, and digital applications. Each touchpoint was designed to showcase the brand’s versatility while maintaining a consistent visual language across every platform. Logo Rebrand for client @richinteriordesign We were tasked with creating a slightly updated look and feel for the company true to the brand growth. We didnt need to overhaul the logo just make some minor tweaks and add on additional logos and submarks to offer a bit more flexibility across social, digital, print, etc. Original Logo: The original Rich Interior Design logo established a classic, professional foundation, using a high contrast serif with widely spaced lettering and a structured horizontal rule. While elegant, the typography gave the identity a more traditional, formal feeling that is common within the interior design category. Our task was not to overhaul the logo at all and mimic the feel but elevate it slightly as Rich Interior Design continues to grow. Updated Logo: The refreshed logo intentionally preserves the recognizable RICH name and sophisticated serif foundation while introducing a more distinctive, editorial character: refined letterforms, dramatic curves, and subtle overlaps create movement and make the wordmark feel custom rather than simply typeset. Removing the circle and horizontal rule also gives the identity more breathing room and allows the typography itself to become the focal point. Paired with the clean, widely tracked sans serif INTERIOR DESIGN, the new mark balances classic sophistication with contemporary restraint. The result is not a complete departure from the original identity, but a thoughtful evolution reflecting the brand's growth while elevating its taste level toward a more luxe, curated, fashion-forward and design conscious aesthetic. Logo Remix Subject: @crush__cake Logo Remix is a series used to sharpen our sword. The concept is to find brands in the marketplace that catch our eye in an inspiration type way and put our spin on it as far as logo and branding. This is an exercise that helps us creatively think of ideas for various brands in the market. We in no way shape or form feel our subjects need any type of reworking on their current brand or brand style, it simply is a way to inspire to think beyond what we see.
