No but for real ✨💕 women have long been discouraged from trusting her intuition because of how scarily accurate it is. This is one of our superpowers!

We notice the shift before anyone says a word. We feel when something is off before we have the evidence to explain why. We pick up on the energy, the inconsistency, the tiny change in tone, the thing that doesn’t quite add up.

And then we’ve been taught to immediately interrogate ourselves.

Am I overthinking?
Am I being dramatic?
Maybe I’m imagining it.
Maybe I’m too sensitive.

Meanwhile, your entire body is like: girl. I am literally telling you.

Intuition doesn’t always arrive perfectly clearly. Sometimes it’s just a quiet knowing that makes absolutely no logical sense yet.

That doesn’t mean every fear is intuition. Anxiety can be loud. Projection can feel convincing. Our wounds can absolutely distort the signal.

But discernment is learning the difference.

And the more you stop abandoning yourself every time your knowing inconveniences someone else, the clearer that signal becomes. Getting in your body is where it all begins 👏🏼
