Some of these amazing women had never ran two months ago, some persevered back from injury, worked their way to first races and dream PBs and others used their one year runnersary to support the team along the way.

Another year, another KYN 50 taking on @vitalitylondon10k and we couldn’t be prouder. 2nd year in a row, after a summer of training sessions. Hearts are full!

Everyone deserves the chance to know their own potential, try something new and not have to do it alone ❤️‍🔥

Thank you to @londonmarathonevents for another special year.

📸 Shoutout @simonrphoto for capturing these special moments

RUMOUR HAS IT our V10K Cheerzone got so many people across the finish line last year 📣 So, we’re reloading it!

We’re back cheering on the 50 of our KYN community running the race, and sharing it with anyone who needs a place to support their loved one(s) or just wants to get involved in the vibes.

Sounds by the wonderful @ashleighsimoneb

The nicest girls you’ll ever meet with the baddest playlists 😭

It’s almost 1 week until our next race day, so at this week’s Wednesday Track we asked some of the KYN crew what tracks they’re going to use to help them get across the finish line.
