After months of work, my documentary Je te crois, raconte! is finally out on YouTube 🎥

This is three-episode documentary series about Palestinian voices in exile in France, told through intimate conversations about identity, memory, culture, and belonging far from Palestine 🇵🇸

This project was born from the desire to listen beyond headlines, numbers, and distant narratives, and to give space to personal stories, everyday life, and the ways people keep a connection to home alive🕊️

Today’s the first day of autumn, 秋分(shūbun, in Japan it’s even a national holiday!), and leaving this country now hits different 🍂
New season old errands new and old people, and definitely the same amount of stress as every other time of the year :,)
I am just a few hours away from my flights back to Paris and I can’t stop thinking about the beautiful places I just left behind.

I feel truly blessed that I had the chance to spend my summer in the neighbourhood I appreciate the most in Tokyo.
I will miss walking (to get anywhere) so much 💦
I don’t know if I’ll live under these beautiful skies anymore, but I promise I’ll get back soon 🌅

日本の夏 (Parte 1)
Questa è la mia terza estate di fila in Giappone, mi sembra assurdo ma sono già passati più di due anni dalla mia prima volta in questo paese, e ogni volta tornare è come ritrovare una parte di me.

Il mio tirocinio a @carpigianijapan è ormai finito ma, oltre alla grande esperienza di crescita personale, mi porto a casa piccoli momenti con le persone che, un po’ per volta, mi sono state accanto in questi 3 mesi e hanno reso speciale e irripetibile quest’estate.

First time at #ijf25 in Perugia @journalismfest
Cosa porto a casa di questo viaggio:
Sono ancora un po’ incredula, ho fatto il giro del mondo per poi fare giornalismo dove tutto è iniziato, in Italia. E anche se non mi sento così attaccata alla mia terra, è indubbio che mi sento sempre un po’ a casa, parlare e sentir parlare la mia lingua, quasi mi emoziono ogni volta.

E avere la fortuna di poter partecipare a uno dei festival più importanti per il giornalismo, incontrando persone da tutto il mondo, è qualcosa che non avrei mai immaginato di raggiungere già a 24 anni.
Creare un piccolo media in “gita scolastica” (@assasperugia andateci a seguire👀), documentare il festival, intervistare giornalisti di fama mondiale, andare ai cocktail party per presentarsi e raccogliere 名刺 - business card - girare per Assisi e le stradine di Perugia, mangiare la focaccia e bere cappuccino tutte le mattine perché quando mai mi ricapita a Parigi, ridere e piangere e respirare l’aria, dormire sul prato leggendo Kafka.
Tornare a Parigi, ricominciare da capo.

Devo ancora interiorizzare una settimana intensa di lavoro sudore fatica e tanta tanta gratitudine, per me stessa, per essere arrivata fin qui.
