👻 SPOOKY SEASON HAS COMMENCED! 👻

It’s official! October is here! 🎃 And we’ve got our Halloween bash ready to go! Rolling out the red carpet at the @weareoldred we’re hosting a big GrimFest finale to celebrate the end of the biggest and best horror fringe festival in London! 😈

Entry to NIGHT OF THE OLD RED is completely free 💃🏻 but if you want to come along to the Kim Newman Double Bill in the theatre upstairs at 7pm, tickets are available via the link in our bio 🕯️

🚘 BODY ON BOARD 🚘

How far would you go for your ride or die?

Inspired by the Scottish poem, Tam o’Shanter, the piece follows best-friends Omi, Callum and Tandy on a road trip. A trip that is meant to hide Callum’s secret. But he’s not the only one hiding something. With a creature from the shadows tracking their every move, will they make it to the Scottish Highlands in one piece? Can they outrun the claws of their past?

“They’ve given us the option to dig them up, our buried. To drag them off somewhere else. That’s generous isn’t it. Do you think we should? That’s their place of rest but I’ll feel ever so guilty for leaving them behind. In the water.”

This new play by Joseff Walsh follows the events leading up to the 1965 Tryweryn flooding, when Liverpool destroyed and flooded a rural Welsh village in order to create a reservoir for drinking water.
