Berlin-based photographer and Leica ambassador @josselin has been using picdrop since the beginning of his career.

The photo-shoot is over. But somehow, the work isn’t 👀

Inside Melina Mörsdorf’s picdrop gallery

Hamburg-based Melina Mörsdorf photographs to preserve fleeting moments and the people she encounters along the way.

Her selection brings together personal iPhone photographs taken in her garden with editorial and commercial work for clients including MINT Magazin, Der Spiegel, Psychologie Heute and Tagesspiegel.

Inside Illya Ovchar’s picdrop gallery for TUSH Magazine

Self-taught fashion and beauty photographer Illya Ovchar is known for a clean visual language that combines contemporary fashion imagery with references to classic photography of the 1990s.

For this @tushmagazine editorial, created around the issue theme “Handwerk,” the focus is on the craftsmanship behind hairstyling. Wigs, scissors, combs and other familiar tools become part of a surreal visual world in which hair is treated as both sculpture and architecture.

Through graphic silhouettes, precise lighting and surreal transformations, the story brings familiar tools and materials into a new visual context. Illya draws much of his inspiration from architecture, sculpture and movement, resulting in images that, although still, often carry a sense of dynamic storytelling.

As the Socca World Cup 2026 comes to a close today, we’re looking back at the opening match between Germany and Argentina.

We followed Julian Meusel @dermeusel, photographer for Germany’s Socca national team, through a fast-paced match day: shooting the action, selecting and editing the first images at halftime, uploading them to picdrop, and continuing to shoot, all from the sidelines.

Shortly after the match, Julian saw his photos already live on @kleinfeldfussball Instagram. He then worked through around 2,000 images and finished the job that same night.

Behind the scenes at the Socca World Cup 2026 in Essen.

Together with @jackzproductions, we spent match day with Julian Meusel @dermeusel, photographer for Germany’s Socca national team.

From the first selects at halftime to getting images ready for the team after the final whistle, live sports photography leaves very little time between shooting and delivery.
