We’ll miss this lovely bunch of mums who have been with us for the last 6 weeks - longer for some ❤️

Some are joining us for our next block starting on 4th June.

Why Raeda…….?
Togetherness makes the difference #CrossFit #fitness #epping by @weareraeda

An incredible day out for the Raeda Youth Girl/ @raeda.teenandjerkswl . Such a big platform for them - and they did themselves proud. We have watched these girls come through our CrossFit Teens and Youth Development Weightlifting and it’s always been an absolute pleasure. They’re a complete credit to their parents (without your support events like this wouldn’t happen - we love the way you all book competitions despite sometimes not really understanding the process 😆, the way you turn up every time and support your youngsters, thank you for understanding the personal cost to the coach and covering it for him - not many athletes even think about that). These girls have school events, exams, social lives and much more yet they turn up, have good sessions and not-so-good sessions, take chunks out of their shins in warm ups (Ruby 🤦‍♀️) but always smile and always support each other. The good sessions are a buzz and the tough sessions are all part of the process and your support for each other is unwavering.
Thank you for choosing Raeda to be a part of your journey. A British title for Lily, a silver medal for Ruby and plenty of PBs and memories

🌟 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: SOPHIE 🌟

If there were more hours in the day, we’re pretty sure Sophie Vowden would find a way to fill them! 😂

A degree-qualified BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist of 17 years she has recently graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist with First Class Honours, and awarded the university prize for the highest academic performance in physiotherapy in her year.

Sophie is founder of SV Sports Therapy, which recently celebrated its 16th anniversary — Sophie is a woman who gets things DONE! 💪

An 8-year Raeda member, she brings positivity, encouragement and unwavering support to our community, all while working incredibly hard to build a healthy, strong body of her own. Just check out the video of her smashing out 12 strict handstand push-ups. 🤯🔥 What an achievement!

And when she’s not working, studying or training, you’ll probably find her volunteering in the local community (most recently as a front walker at an overnight event for St Clare Hospice), supporting local businesses and sports teams, or saying yes to yet another social or community event.

Sophie is one of those special people who doesn’t just celebrate her own achievements — she actively lifts others up and champions theirs, too.

We’re incredibly proud to have her as part of the Raeda family. Strong body, big heart, boundless energy… Sophie, you’re an absolute legend! ❤️💪 by @weareraeda

At Raeda our coaches hold themselves accountable - for your safety, your progress and your enjoyment. We will be there with the tips, the modifications, the encouragement to push or slow down. But it only works if you’re open to coaching, open to learn, open to be a better version of yourself in the gym. Together we are a team 💕💞
