OFFICIAL SELECTION: @silvervoxfest

We're very excited to announce that Japan to Jamaica is an official selection of the SilverVox Film + Music Festival in June. 4 days, 10 theaters - it sounds like a rad festival and we're happy to play a small part.

Started in 2018, Japan to Jamaica, with Tributaries along for the ride, has watched the world change. Three American presidencies, the transformation of the outdoor and fly fishing world, @yeti now having an award winning internal agency and director RC Cone getting married - a lot can happen in 7 years!

But: the final words of Herbie Miller in this film, talking about connecting contrasts and bringing culture together - is why we were and remain passionate about this story and telling stories in general - that'll never change. We're excited to present to you, via a YETI presents, Japan to Jamaica. Starring Naoki Ienaga of @dubstorerecords. Link in Bio.

Thanks to an amazing crew!

There's a saying: never meet your heroes. I think the opposite of that is always be looking for your heroes and we found one! @rfinn is one of the greatest humans to play the game - an artist, angler, skiier, backwoods afficianado, her truck is dirty and her art is excellent. She's our kind of human.

It was a privilege to hang with Rachel for @patagonia_flyfish for a couple days. I also shot this edit on an iPhone, which made running around the Adirondack brooks (streams? creeks? idk) very fun. Also, the edit is by @wearetributaries.

Thank you Rachel, I'll be back and please hit us up when you're in MT this summer... by @wearetributaries

Directed by @bryangregsonphotography, Tributaries was happy to help finish production on the last tiny pieces of Yvon, Craig and Mauro's vision. Shot in Montana over a few days, it was amazing to see these legends do their thing.

From @patagonia :

Published by Patagonia Books, the guide features step-by-step instructions for 18 essential fly patterns, all tied using feathers from a single source: the tail of a male ring-necked pheasant. QR codes throughout the book link to instructional videos demonstrating tying techniques and fishing methods that catch fish from Montana trout streams to Patagonian rivers to Caribbean bonefish flats. by @wearetributaries

@oksanamasters being the most medaled Paralympian of all time, is certainly inspiring. Further, her life as a Ukrainian orphan was not only challenging but well documented in her previous Paralympic appearances.

At @wearetributaries, we were so lucky to help tell the next, very happy chapter of her incredible story with her recent engagement to fellow Paralympian Aaron Pike. This dynamic duo has a wedding set in Italy for directly after the Paralympics, and at last count Oksana is up to three gold medals in 2026 (22 total medals in her career). I know the camera dudes never get invited to the parties, but this is one I'd love to attend. Lot of love and luck to "Pikesana".

This piece aired during NBC Primetime March 7, 2026. The above are some of my favorite frames from the shoot.
