I wish I can post this whole series but Absolute Martian Manhunter # 1 stands so tall on its own. This concept of an alien life form that @denizcampcomics and @javiercaster created is such a unique dynamic. The writing is poetic, beautifully thoughtful and the art is nothing short of phenomenal; there is truly nothing like this series.

A newer one but genuinely I’ve never read anything like this. Absolutely Batman #19 was a fucking rollercoaster. Think of all the coolest shit you want in a Batman single and it’s right there. The new Batmobile, scarecrow is horrifying, and new robins. Amazing writing, art, and flow.

Batman #82 “City of Bane”. “No Masks”, such a cold panel that made me want this single so bad. I’ve wanted this one for such a long time that I caved in and bought it on EBay. The writing is ok but the art and the action really make up for how awesome this book is. Bane is Batman’s strongest villain.

Fun #1 I found in Portland after this guy walked in with a box of nearly the whole collection. Never read a Doom Patrol comic but it was fun. It was cool to see some old school ads in here that I haven’t seen in a long time. Writing is good and the art is also great.
