𝙵𝚁𝙾𝙼 𝙰 𝙱𝚁𝙸𝙳𝙶𝙴 𝚃𝙾 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙽𝙴𝚇𝚃 / 𝙳'𝚄𝙽 𝙿𝙾𝙽𝚃 𝙰 𝙻'𝙰𝚄𝚃𝚁𝙴 réunit quatre artistes : Steffie Chau, Romane Amiot, Qinyu Lyu et Alina Fortuna Riethmuller.

Après une première collaboration, elles continuent ici à expérimenter ensemble, à faire dialoguer leurs pratiques et à tisser des liens entre les êtres, les matières et les territoires. Bois, laine, céramique, minéraux et formes vivantes se rencontrent, se répondent et parfois se déplacent d’une pratique à l’autre. Cette collaboration fait suite à une première exposition à 𝘈𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 49𝘤 à Genève, avec l’artiste invitée Amorelle Jacox, autour de ce qui fait porte et portail, et de ce vers quoi ils mènent ou ne mènent pas.

Cette fois, l’exposition se construit sur place, à Felletin. Samedi matin, un atelier participatif autour de la laine et sa revalorisation donnera lieu à une pièce collective avec les mains du coin.

Samedi 12 Septembre 18h, on se retrouvera pour le vernissage, autour des œuvres et de ce qui aura pris forme.

Born from a dialogue with the Tagbanua indigenous community, their land and its inhabitants (humans and more than humans), this sculpture took shape within Byanyas Foundation’s permaculture farm.

Beekeepers often leave colonies in darkness ))usually in cellars(( before relocating them, so the bees forget the location of their previous hive, as they can find their way back home up to 5 kilometres.
They call this “reorientation”.

… I wonder whether museums also ask artefacts to forget where they came from …
