This is truly one of the reasons why I like to record bts when doing shoots. ⁣
I recently delivered these images to my friend Sydney and it hit me last night that it would be really cool to take my footage and create a Calvin Klein commercial like video using the famous tagline. ⁣

I had a plan for what I wanted to do but didn’t have any music 🎼 to go with it, so I opened the Suno app and created this soulful beat. ⁣

🇺🇸Where a woman becomes part of the city

Some photographs are taken.
Others are imagined.

This one was created somewhere between light and shadow, between Sydney and the city that surrounded her.

Two moments, two worlds, layered into one frame — her presence against the restless energy of New York, the lights of Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan becoming part of her story.

For me, double exposure has always been about more than blending two images. It is about creating something that could never exist in a single moment — a feeling, a memory, a dream.

Esta nasceu algures entre a luz e a sombra, entre Sydney e a cidade que a envolvia.

Dois momentos, dois mundos, fundidos numa só imagem — a sua presença sobre a energia inquieta de Nova Iorque, enquanto as luzes de Brooklyn e Manhattan se tornam parte da sua história.

Para mim, uma dupla exposição é muito mais do que sobrepor duas fotografias. É criar algo que nunca poderia existir num único instante — uma sensação, uma memória, um sonho.
