Throughout the past couple of years, we’ve been on this journey ourselves of AWAKENING, ALIGNING, and ACTIVATING, stepping towards something greater than we could have imagined back then…

We are both so excited to be officially opening ourselves to share our wisdom and experience in the realm of natural holistic wellness and spirituality, in these crazy times of change!

The world we live in is rapidly moving through the “apocalypse” (meaning the “unveiling” in Greek) —> aka the great awakening! 🤯

Each day, more and more souls are waking up to see the society we live in is rigged to keep us sick, compliant, and stuck - now’s the time to stop trusting “authority” on the outside and return to our inner knowing… 😇

Those of us in the United States and other “developed” nations are going to experience this shift like a freight train… the systems we live in are already collapsing before our very eyes! 😍

Our mission with this framework is to aid those around us in finding themselves through all this chaos - to find peace and love that starts from within, and radiate it outwards to help heal our world 🌎

The New Earth is built when we let the old outdated systems fall and let the systems of INNER AUTHORITY, LOVE CENTERED COMMUNITY, and LIVING WTH NATURE rise to their fullest potential!

Our framework combines a little bit of everything to help you discover what works for you. Human Design is the key we utilize to unlock your energetic blueprint and true self! We also offer sessions to put intention into healing and make some serious breakthroughs to transform the quality of your life!

Venus is traveling deep into the underworld to uncover buried parts of you that are ready to be reintegrated!!!

This can be a very intense transit for a lot of the collective - raw, honest conversations, relationships crumbling, old acquantainces showing back up, past memories revived for deeper processing…

I know Michael and I have certainly been feeling and experiencing it first hand! We’ve been getting into it with each other so much deeper just in the past week.

Rewrite the patterns of limiting beliefs and self-destructive behaviors that have been repeating in your lineage, for centuries even!

CLIMB MORE TREES!!!

When was the last time you elevated yourself into the High branches of our Ancestors? They have called this realm home, longer than we can claim as Hue-mans…

One of my favorite past-times is to climb through the canopy of Creation. The trees talk, they speak to us through energy, frequency.

Ya’ll ever heard of GROUNDING? Essentially everything is made of energy; we even transfer and transmute it. Argue with the quantum physicist, if you won’t believe me.

The trees hold an ancient intelligence that helps regulate the human body.

When we take off the sole-prisons (synthetic rubber shoes) and bare our souls to the ground, we start trading energy with Mother Earth. She gives us NEGATIVE IONS and we give back, the POSITIVE IONS. Like an energetic 0.01 micron filter.

The benefits of grounding include reducing inflammation, improved sleep quality, decreased stress, a boost in cardiovascular health, and it also helps lower pain levels, plus much more!

Nomadic life update: battery secured and we’re mobile again!

Three weeks spent at another new second home to us @casadeluz_atx ❤️‍🔥

We’ve been feeling the love and gratitude for all the connections made in this beautiful, extraordinary community!

So much love and support came our way, and really, there’s no better place for us to have been “stuck” at…

Casa De Luz embodies the principles of our shared mission: in Wayo’s words, “Food is only the vehicle. The deeper work is connection, service, community, and the discovery that the giving of ourselves can nourish us as profoundly as it nourishes others.”

We wouldn’t be back on the road if it weren’t for the love and generosity of our new amazing family made here!

One might think it blows to be broken down in one spot for weeks, however we see it all as a great gift, a perfect divine happenstance 💝

Forever grateful to be a part of the Casa De Luz family!

Trix are for kids, why don’t we sit with ourselves more? When was the last time you were bored? Be honest with yourself.

So many minor distractions lead to a lot of time spent unintentionally, a big one for me is eating while distracted via technology.

I intentionally experienced a 7 day fast, I felt like time was moving slower the deeper I went into it. The hunger quiets down, the mind clears, the anandamide flows. It is a truly blissful state of being.

All this led to the realization of how much time I spend around prepping, cooking, and eating food. A LOT. I still LOVE to cook, eat and share my creations in the kitchen, it’s yoga to me. It fills my heart to feed people. Shit, I wonder how much time I could spend doing that instead of being on my phone throughout the day.

Also Trix is an artificial, highly processed, synthesized, imperial sugar loaded TRICK, and is definitely not made for human consumption. The human body can perform miracles, and adapt but at what cost? Brain cells and bone marrow. Just eat some fruit.

Sugar made from sunlight= GOOD!

Sugar made from petroleum = BAD!

 What if the earth already gave us everything we need — and we just forgot how to listen?
 What if true wellness isn’t found in pills, fast food, or constant hustle... but in sunlight, fruit, rest, and connection?

Here we are - our mobile home has been stationary in this parking lot in the middle of Austin for two weeks now - revealing a most divine opportunity for integration, expansion, and community building! Exactly our intentions for our journey moving forward!

There’s been SO MANY wild synchronicities - like the baseball field right in front of us being called “Weber field” or finding my long lost carnelian crystal, discovering my personal manifestation code, connecting with soul family, and being tested in so many different ways.

Literally, energies wayyyy older than these bodies are coming through to test us. Someone has to protect the gates of Heaven, right???

The most emotionally honest thing I could say about this journey?! It’s the most rigorously challenging, yet rewarding, expanding, and fulfilling experience of our lives!

Life in an ambulance with no electricity, water, or flowing stream of money YET is not easy that’s for sure…

To put it all simply, this journey is devotion to the spiritual path - every trial, every test, it’s all the inner work we came here specifically to do, to play our part in this great shift!

And when you surrender to the divine, a world of opportunity blossoms before you!!!!!

The expansion is real once you realize the only person you’re ever really fighting is yourself…

You are the main character of your movie.

Everything that happens in your movie is a reflection of your innermost self.

Every person, place, animal, situation, etc. - side characters and happenstances in YOUR story that YOU chose to interact with for your own growth.

Leveling up in the game happens when you stop looking at what’s holding you back externally and evolve what’s internal.

The old me doesn’t stand a chance against who I am now. Because who I am now IS the old me - when you integrate the SHADOWS…
