I’m Mayowa Adeoti, and I help skilled people charge properly for what they already know.

I am blessed to be one of the few coaches that did not just stumble into coaching.

Your instagram Bio isn’t there to sound impressive , it has only 1 job , and it is to make the right person quickly realize “this is for me”

Try this simple 5-second bio test:
1. WHO?
Can I tell exactly who you help?

2. PROBLEM?
Can I tell what problem you solve?

3. RESULT?
Can I tell what changes after working with you?

For example:
❌ I help professionals unlock their potential.

Sounds nice.
But… which professionals?

Unlock what potential?

For what result?

Compare that with:
✅ I help newly promoted managers lead their teams confidently without second-guessing every decision.

Now I can see the person.
I can see the problem.
I can see the result.

That is the difference between a bio that describes you and a bio that helps a potential client recognise themselves.

Use this formula:
I help [SPECIFIC PERSON] solve [SPECIFIC PROBLEM] so they can [DESIRED RESULT].

Now go and look at your bio.
Would it pass the 5-second test? 👀

And let me shock you .. everything you think people are “thinking” about you ? All those thoughts stopping you?

Nobody is thinking it , it’s all in your head

It’s your brains way of protecting you from a future embarrassment that does not exist yet and will probably not exist

In the list of things that should never stop you from turning your knowledge into income , are

1. Fear of Nichong down and speaking directly to the relevant people

2. Fear of low followers

They simply don’t matter and it’s been proven that a page with less than 200 followers can have launches making thousands of dollars per launch

If you are thinking of turning your experience into a coaching offer and you find yourself unable to clearly explain the value you will be giving your students , it’s okay , I’m familiar with that feeling myself and I can tell you it has nothing to do with your confidence

Read on, I will show you how to get a clear statement out.

Say your niche out right now, if you said anything like - wellness, confidence, finance , productivity, career , etc

You just picked a topic not a niche .

A topic is what you know

A Niche is who you serve

Now let’s test that out
Put your niche in the sentence below

I help [specific person] with [specific problem]

If you say I help people with confidence , it fails on arrival because

Which people?
And confidence doing what?

However ,

I help newly promoted women lead teams that used to be their peers.

Sounds like this person knows exactly what they are doing and what value they give . You can picture this person, where she is , what she’s passing through etc

People search for their situation not the subject/general term

Follow your passion is lovely advice, and it is why so many people with twenty-year careers are still sitting on the fence and cant decide which one to turn to a sellable offer.

Ask yourself what you are passionate about and you will come back with four answers.

Passion doesn’t discriminate.
Everything you’re good at is interesting to you, because competence and interest grow into each other.

You got good at it because you liked it.
You like it because you got good at it.
The question cannot separate the two.

Here’s what passion is actually for. It’s the reason you’ll still be doing this in year three when the novelty is gone. It’s a staying test.

The choosing test is a different question entirely.

Who is in enough pain to pay, and can you reach them?

You can build a real business coaching something you find mildly dull, for people who desperately need it.

Many people have. What you cannot build is one coaching something you love to people who don’t feel the problem.
Use passion to stay. Use pain to choose.
