PNDA Movement Day wrapped up!!🎥🐼

From the energy to the laughter and the teamwork! Yesterday was everything we hoped for and more. Seeing so many young people come together, move, express themselves and simply enjoy being present meant the world to us.

Thank you to @hotelfootballuk for having us! Thank you to every parent, young person, volunteer and staff member that made this possible 🤍

This is only the beginning for PNDA.
More movement. More community. More opportunities.

Until next time… 👀✨ taken in Hotel Football Old Trafford by @wecreated__

We had the most unreal Chair Valentine’s Workshop with Savvy Heels ❤️‍🔥

Nothing better than seeing your partner show up, hype you up and support you in your bag. That’s how it should be. Secure. Supportive. Proud.

Because love isn’t just flowers and dinner… it’s “5, 6, 7, 8” and clapping the loudest when you hit those moves!!!!

Happy Valentine’s to our Savvy community 💌

Thank you for the energy, the trust, the vibes and for always showing up.

We love you so much!! 🌹🌹🌹🌹
