Wrapped Ceremony Arch ✨

A little wind and rain couldn’t stop this dream team. Back in April, alongside @thebloominatiflorist and the Toast team, we braved the elements to bring this romantic wrapped ceremony arch to life.

Proof that when creativity, teamwork, and determination come together, magic happens. 🌿🤎

Designing and creating bespoke installations for weddings and events is where I'm in my element. Bringing my couple’s unique vision to life, adding the details and thoughtful styling elements that weave throughout the day is my ultimate passion. I warmly encourage prospective clients to get in touch, share their wedding aspirations, and discuss how we can create something truly unforgettable together. My 2027 diary is open ☺️

A moment for the ceremony...

Dramatic draping by me and cascading florals by @whimsysfloraldesign. Creating this for E&J @upwalthambarns ✨

Not every draped installation needs to fill a ceiling or transform an entire room.

Sometimes, the most beautiful use of draping is simply creating a moment... a focal point. A little like using statement jewellery to a beautiful dress.

A softly draped backdrop behind your ceremony. Fabric framing your sweetheart table. A touch of texture highlighting a statement cake, welcome display, or special corner of your venue.

Thoughtful draping draws the eye exactly where you want it to go, adding softness, movement, and elegance. Add carefully sculpted florals to the mix and the result is subtlety extravagant and gracefully luxurious .

It’s not always about doing more—it’s about enhancing the moments that matter most.

The beauty is in the details ✨

Please find your seat...

Telling your guests where they are sitting doesn't need to be boring.

Table plans are the perfect opportunity to add some whimsy... fun... creativity... humour... beauty... guest interaction... and personality.

T & J wanted theirs to be a statement and reflection of the old English, vintage style they love which gave me the perfect opportunity to dig out the gorgeous mix matched glass vases and jars I have hidden in the Prop Barn. @ohhsorosiecalligraphy added names to each one and created a personalised banner which I styled on my old farmhouse table. Finished with blooms by @whimsysfloraldesign the table plan became a gorgeous thoughtful statement.

Behind the scenes

Watch me and the Toast team create a humongous 8 by 4 meter high backdrop for the first ever @artistrytoaisle beauty runway show at the gorgeous @tithebarn

It was such a pleasure being part of this incredible event. Such an awesome experience to see some of the most amazing hair and beauty artists from across the south creating the most beautiful bridal looks right before your very eyes. If you want to come along to the next one, gather your bridesmaids and put 27th September in your diary!

I felt it was time for an ‘about me’. I used to be super active on here and then it dwindled 😅

I started blogging in 2013, never knowing how many versions of me it would hold.

From beauty and fashion, to burnout and postponed wedding plans during Covid…
 To motherhood, moving house, building my stationery business, working in the wedding industry, also having a traditional job and finally slowly finding my creativity again.

It hasn’t been linear. It hasn’t been perfect. But it’s been real.
2026 feels different — more intentional, slower, aligned.

If you’ve ever had to quietly rebuild or pivot, I’d love to know…

A little late to the 2025 recap party, but better late than never hey?!

2025 was a milestone year for Toast, From humble beginnings almost 12 years ago when it was just me, myself and I behind the scenes, last year I surrounded myself with the most amazing and biggest team I have ever had. I am beyond grateful for the HUGE amount of never ending support, expertise, camaraderie and sheer craziness my little, but perfectly formed team bring to the Toast table. Here I wanted to share a little snippet of the shenanigans we got up throughout last season and say a massive THANK YOU to them all..

2025 brides may recognise the faces of those who helped me bring Toast magic to your day, but thought it was a good opportunity to introduce the team for our future couples…

Rosie - My therapist, creative sounding board, Instagram expert and fellow Greggs sausage roll addict. She’s an extremely talented stationer @ohhsorosiecalligraphy and my ‘go to’ to help couples with their signage and stationery needs.

Cherry. Our team ‘Cheerleader’ AKA ‘Cherryleader’ ! She’s our backbone, logistics wizard, pro map reader, coffee drinker and social butterfly!

Lianna, nobody makes moving a sofa or cleaning candlesticks look as glamorous as Lianna can! Together we’ve been cooking up draping instillations and fabric creations and I am ridiculously excited for more to come this year!

Hannah. Our very own Toast flower girl. When she’s not ‘Toasting’ she’s flowering for our florist friends. An absolute ray of sunshine and queen of funny comments. No venue pet is safe. Oh, just don’t ask her to count anything!

So excited for the creative adventures 2026 will bring us. Watch this space for more BTS action from the Toast team!
