I’ve been doing this work for a long time, and if you’ve been around me in any capacity, you’ve already seen pieces of it.⁠
⁠
In the conversations I’ve had, the guidance I’ve given, the rooms I’ve walked into, and the women I’ve had the opportunity to impact, everything I shared here comes from real experience. It comes from walking through my own process, building in different seasons, and showing up for the people connected to me in a way that carries weight.⁠
⁠
I realized recently that as I continue to grow, the way I show up online needs to reflect that same level of intention. Not just in what I do, but in how clearly I communicate it.⁠

So this is me taking a moment to properly introduce myself in a way that aligns with where I am now and where I’m going.⁠
⁠
Everything I mentioned is already a part of the work I’ve done and the lives I’ve been able to touch, and I’m looking forward to continuing that in a more visible and intentional way.⁠

If you’re here, I don’t take that lightly. I’m always mindful of the responsibility that comes with being someone people listen to, learn from, and grow alongside.⁠

My hope is that what I share continues to reach the women who need it, meets them at the right time, and adds something meaningful to their journey.⁠

Some conversations change perspectives.
Others change lives.

Yesterday, I had the honor of moderating the Hats Off to Women panel hosted by ERC, an organization I’ve proudly supported for more than a decade.

From volunteering at Take Charge. Get Tested. events to attending some of the very first Hats Off to Women gatherings years ago, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the life-changing work ERC continues to do in our community.

Our conversation went far beyond HIV awareness. We discussed access to healthcare, behavioral health services, prevention education such as PrEP, community outreach, and why offering a full continuum of care is so critical for women and families who need support.

What makes ERC so impactful is that it is more than a clinic. It is a trusted resource providing testing, behavioral health services, prevention education, outreach programs like ERC on the Move, and now expanding additional community care services.

During Women’s History Month and National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, these conversations matter. Awareness leads to education. Education leads to prevention. And prevention saves lives.

Grateful to stand alongside leaders who are doing the work and to continue supporting causes that align with the mission of WeElavateHER, reminding women everywhere that their health, their voice, and their future matter.

In 1 Samuel chapter 5, the Ark of God never spoke, yet entire cities were shaken by the presence alone.
That’s when I understood, alignment does the talking.
I don’t force impact. I carry presence.
And when God goes before you, rooms respond.

Now pause and ask yourself… what are you claiming God is bringing you to next?
Is it joy that runs deep, peace that doesn’t shake, healing in the hidden places, a new career, restored relationships, financial overflow, or simply the courage to walk boldly into your calling?

Whatever it is… speak it. Confess it. Declare it.
Rest in the truth that the same God who covered you this past year is already standing in your next one, clearing your path and aligning every step.

This is your season to believe again. To trust again. To expect more.

Just a reminder: God hasn’t forgotten about you.
He sees you. He hears your prayers. He knows the silent tears and the weight you’ve been carrying.

This is your moment to pause, take a deep breath, and thank Him for what is going right. Even if it’s small. Even if it feels like barely enough. Gratitude shifts the atmosphere.

I know it can feel heavy, like everything is happening to you. But I want you to believe that something is about to shift for you. Speak life over your situation. Affirm what you want to see.
