POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hi,

Very proud to say that our debut single 'Films' is now available on streaming services.

Recorded, in part, by Borja Regueria at @gluerecordingstudios, and by @_louisbee_20 in our horrid, mould ridden basement. We've been working on this one since first tracking it back in November, and have since had it wonderfully mixed and mastered by @samueljonesproducer, who has done an incredible job.

The cover art, which you are seeing now, was done by Manon Carpenter, @torncarpet.

Thanks to everyone that joined us for the house show last night, including the security sent by the council. @dear.lichen and @domesticpartnersband both played blinding sets. We depart tomorrow to Leeds for our first show of the tour. by @wehmutband

Our next headline will be in the round at @mot.ldn on the 11th of November to celebrate the release of our next single, ‘Our Enemies Touch’.

We are joined on this very exciting lineup by Manchester gloomy post-hardcorers @wehmutband , Leeds-based intense and experimental noise-rockers @serialkillerglassesofficial and London’s very own avant-garde ambient band called @abandcalledabandcalled . Expect a lot of noise and exciting moments.

Thank you to @jamesmossnospaces for putting this on with us and to @lavinvidaloca for making the poster. Limited £6 Early bird tickets available now, info on the single soon. by @wehmutband

Ello ello you lovely lot. Next Bootdown benefit gig will be on the 20th of November at Withington Public Hall, in aid of Wood Street Mission. Who assist low-income children across the Manchester and Salford area.

We’ve got a gawjus lineup with @q.u.a.l.m.s @wehmutband and @deadstilettos all putting on a racket for us to dance to.

Tickets will be £8, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Music is for everyone.

Alright,

We conclude this small string of dates with two heavy gigs.

On Friday, we join fellow Mancs @grraceband in journeying to The Windmill where we pit ourselves against London acts @mptlmicroplastics and @sodden_pelt.

Then Saturday we'll retreat back to Manchester to play @hot_take_nw in the YES basement.

Tickets in bio.

Finally,

We are mortified to announce our debut single ‘Films’ will be coming to streaming on the 12th of June.

We'll be celebrating the release in our cellar on Thursday night, the 11th of June. With sets from ourselves and our friends; Domestic Partners, and Dear Lichen. All are welcome, DM for the address.

A profound thank you to everyone who has supported the band since its conception, particularly to Arthur who has decided to switch lanes after nearly two years as our bassist. He's had a strong hand in this single, and in contributing to our sound. We wish him well in his future musical endeavours.

Over the next two weeks we’ll be playing a couple shows around the country:

13/06 The Primrose, Leeds
15/06 The Quarry, Liverpool
19/06 Windmill Brixton, London
20/06 YES Basement, Manchester
