Let's continue our deep dive into PiWi history with a pitstop in Deutschland 🇩🇪

Germany has really been at the forefront of the evolution of hybridation, and this happened after the second world war

A swift shift in mindset, and well funded research institutes helped this leap significantly.

Regent is released in 1996, and soon after others hybrids followed.

Join me in wishing this gem of a human a wonderful solar return, and the best for the year to come.

I highly recommend marrying a Libra, they are excellent. 🩵

Meet @weingoutte 🧡

Wein Goutte is the project of Emily Campeau and Christoph Müller, two former chefs who traded restaurant work for winemaking. In 2021 they settled in Franken, taking over a certified organic farm and guesthouse. Central to their ethos is a commitment to PiWis (hybrid grape varieties), striving to give them a loud and clear voice. Their kitchen background shapes their work in the cellar: wines that are generous, reliable, and built to pair with food. The best compliment you can pay them is to bring their bottles to your best dinner party!

Introducing... our TRAUBENSAFTCHORLE! 💜☂️🪻

Our first venture into the non-alc world, this fizzy juice is the perfect pick me up for when you want to feel something, without the buzz. A little tart, a little sweet, hitting the balance just right.

Made with Müller juice, water and C02.
It's currently making its way to many stockists and restaurants, but if you can't wait to taste, you'll find cases of 12 in our online shop! (Germany delivery only, sorré)

Hope you like it, it goes down easy.

Our resident baker Christoph has knocked it out of the park with this fabulous seed loaf! We should maybe consider converting a part of the hof into a bakery? 🫢

It feels so eerie to write that harvest concluded two whole weeks ago! Especially sonce our feed is full of friends still hard at work.

Harvest is a time of rejoicing and community, over-the-top meals, early mornings and careful planning.

Here's an other look at some of our content from this year 💚

It was quick, but we were surrounded by a team of champions as per usual

Introducing: the Single Vineyard Series! 💫

Two new wines just landed in our lineup.
Swipe through to meet them.

These wines took their sweet time to make themselves known to us.
When we payed closer attention, after we were settled here a bit more, they emerged.

We are so excited to see them on your fall tables, next to a decorative gourd perhaps?

Learn more about how we made them and snag a bottle at weingoutte.com

This is the NEW Newstalgia 💧

Our new wine drop starts with rotling, now made with a remixed recipe featuring 100% PiWi grapes! Johanniter and Regent blend together in this new iteration of our beloved twilight zone wine, not quite red, not quite white.

Same sunset color. More crunchy fruit.
Still your best friend at the table.
