We love weird shit. We also love raising money for charity

@gazasisters4scholarships

Tomorrow we are raising funds for four sisters in Gaza, Heba, Malek, Sham and Hadeel. Each one of these women are talented and passionate individuals who are trying to escape the genocide and embargo imposed on them by Israel

Thanks to the tireless work of mutual aid organisers, most of the sisters have attained scholarships at Glasgow University. With your help we can meet the costs needed to allow Glasgow to be a sanctuary for them to pursue their education and careers

So get yer bucks out, donate generously, and we'll see you there xxx taken in The Old Hairdressers by @weirdandwired_

Weird & Wired are proud to present the best thing to come out of Aberdeen since granite

TigerDrive sit somewhere in a venn diagram made of barbed wire between hardcore and emo. Get your elbows out, there's always time for a wee mosh on a Wednesday night

Don't forget to grab some tickets for the chance win a sacred object in our charity raffle. All for a great cause (more on that tomorrow) taken in The Old Hairdressers by @weirdandwired_

It don't get much more weird or wired than this mf

Ichi's Ghost sounds like the music your Xbox fan makes when you're on a whitey. Genuinely excited to see this live

Very probably some sick merch and/or ridiculous trinkets up for grabs in our critically acclaimed charity raffle. All for a good cause and fun

Also there's one (maybe two) other films we are screening. We have been sworn to secrecy. That's how bloody good they are

DO NOT ADJUST YOUR SCREENS!

Yes you read that right. No we are not obsessed with ourselves. Weird & Wired The Movie in 3D will be screened at Weird & Wired The Gig in 4D at The Old Hairdressers on July 15.

The film documents a normal Weird & Wired, as if there could be such a thing.

It's movie time baby

Old Hairdressers July 15
3 short films
2 bands
1 million free popcorn

Detectives of the Month awaits you on the big screen. From its creators:

Two bumbling detectives have to crack their next case or their time on the force is over. But solving crimes takes a lot of effort. It would be so much easier if they already knew what had happened... Even then they might struggle.

I've got a case to crack for you. Why haven't you bought your ticket yet?

AND FINALLY, third act of the evening, Portable Heads !!!!

If you love noise and rock, these guys have managed to combine the two into something that will make your mother weep. @portableheads have hauled ass all the way from the beautiful seaside township of Dundee, so the least we can do is show them a proper Glasgow party.
