Just got back from Japan Friday from two weeks of traveling around the country. Part of that was checking off a bucket list item of drifting in Japan, and what better place than Ebisu Circuit. Thanks to the people at @sidewaysx for having an awesome rental program and @niamh.s13 for instructing me all day. Going from donuts at Kurukuru Land to linking North Course by the end of the day was exactly what I hoped to accomplish. If you want to drift in Japan regardless of skill level I can't recommend this enough.

What a weekend, so stoked to be a part of the first sanctioned American touge event. Huge thanks to @driftindy @driftappalachia and @backroadsofappalachia for putting on this event.

With the sale of the M2, I needed a daily driver. So after some research and test drives, I ended up with a 2023 BMW i4 edrive35 in San Remo Green over Cognac. This is the first car in my automotive history that I've purchased without a manual transmission (over 20 years), and it's electric!

Thanks again @kumarrbmw and @mattfromthenat for working the deal with me @thebmwstorecincinnati taken in The BMW Store by @wekphoto

I was always so inspired and maybe even envious of the people who would wad up their cars and then, seemingly, in the blink of an eye be back on track and ripping again. They seemed like nothing was ever going to stop them, they seemed so dedicated and hard working..... However I banged the cars up pretty good at the #pvgp but I pulled from that inspiration and did what those people did. I didn't whine or complain I just kept my head down and put in the hours. In less than 6 days the car was mechanically sounds again and I was back at it baby! After all this is part of the sport and my journey. Maybe I shouldn't be so envious now? taken in Quaker City Motorsports Park by @wekphoto

Backwards entry at @quakercitymotorsportspark @clubloose2

I think this is my favorite section of the track. This is a tough corner to land as there’s little room for error and have to hit just right to stretch it to the next turn. I had a couple fails and a couple ok ones, but this was probably the best attempt.

Thanks @wekphoto for the 360 cam footage!!

Some raw clips from Quaker city Motorsports park @clubloose2 . Honestly the sickest track I’ve ever driven. I had car issues for most of the day (busted brake line 2nd lap out and fried some of my engine harness 3rd lap out due to a bad alternator) but after fighting with the car I was able to get some decent laps towards the end of the day that made it all worth it. I’ll be back in September for some redemption 🤙

Shout out to @wekphoto for these sick clips and for helping me bleed my brakes at the track 🤎 also big thanks to @sir_shakez for helping me work on the car all day. by @wekphoto
