It is your journey, your story, your life. It is yours, to become who you are meant to be. Become with grace, become with curiosity, become with courage, become with resilience. We are here to support you through your becoming. 💗

I am sharing this because it has genuinely changed how I move through my life 🌸

I say this affirmation out loud multiple times a day. Each time I recite it, it’s a reminder and opportunity for me to ground myself.

I wrote this affirmation with intention. I use “I am” statements because there is power in how you describe yourself. It’s not “I will be” or “I hope to be”. I am. Right now.

I didn’t tie my affirmation to milestones or accomplishments. I want to give the universe room to work without my doubts or limited thinking getting in the way. No matter where I am in life, every single line is something I can always do and always be.

That is the key. Your affirmation should grow with you, not expire on you.

Try writing your own this week. Make it yours, make it present tense, and say it out loud. Drop a 💗 in the comments or share a line from your affiliation. Ashley and I would love to read it! 😊
