I’m Liv, and this is my little space for creating things that are personal, meaningful and well made. 🤍

I wanted my first post to be this denim jacket, which I made for my own wedding day. 🤍

The name Well.A.Made holds a very special place in my heart. My Nan was always known as Wella, and she was the one who taught me to be crafty and love making things. She was sadly missing from my wedding day, just a week after we lost her, so I wanted to carry a little piece of her into something that means so much to me. 🕊️🤍

I thought I’d have things I’d change about my wedding… but looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. 🤍💍

When I reflect on our wedding day in March, it really was the most magical day.

Yes, I was late. It rained. And by the time our evening guests arrived, I was absolutely soaked! But those aren’t the things I remember most.

I remember the night and morning before with my girls, laughing, having fun and getting excited. The journey to the wedding with my dad, when I genuinely thought I needed to go to A&E… turns out, I was just nervous! 🤍

I remember walking down the aisle and seeing Luke, spending time having drinks with our guests, the food, the speeches, the photos and just how relaxed and FUN the whole day was. 🥹

So, what would I actually change?

The worrying. The stress. The pressure I put on myself in the lead-up.

I wish I could go back and tell myself that it didn’t need to be perfect to be magical.

Because trust me, whether it rains, you’re running late or things don’t go to plan, it is still YOUR day. And looking back, those little imperfections don’t take away from the memories you’ll treasure forever.

To all my brides-to-be, please don’t let the stress of planning steal the excitement of what’s to come. It really is the most amazing day. 🤍
